It takes courage to question what you do, what you believe. Not asking questions, not challenging your own status quo leads to stagnation. You will either slowly deflate or miss out on new opportunities.

Whether your campaigns do well or don’t, the most important thing to do is always ask why. What worked this time, what connected or didn’t connect with your customers? What testing can we do to find out more? What is different about our audience now than before?
